Following good maintenance practices,
the owners in this '70s building receive top dollar when selling their
units. With this in mind, the Condo Board solicited bids from several
quality-oriented contractors. Ritland Painting's thorough detailing
of each element of the job gave the Board the information they needed
to make the right choice. Often using a boom-lift to access the 50-foot
heights, painters applied Kelly-Moore 1128 elastomeric for the stucco
and KM 1240 flat acrylic for the wood siding. The building and tenants
received the care they expected. |
